But after getting a less than average customer service from one particular sales rep I decided to shop around other RV dealers. And thanks to Camping World sales rep, I found my ideal dealer Holiday On Wheels. Less than two weeks after I sat foot in Camping World, I purchased one at Holiday On Wheels! The customer service is excellent, the treatment is like family, the prices are competitive, and the choices are great! Lastly, Camping World has a $3000 markup on top of the sticker price and they also charge almost $1000 for the hitch/first time install. Crazy!!!! I ordered 5/19 wasnt presented with any shipping options other than standard ground.I called their customer service to ask if I could pay more to have it expedited, and while the person I spoke to was friendly, I was told that oncr the order was placed shipping speed cant be changed . I told him it might not arrive in time and was told I could cancel. Instead of coming up withe a solution.Yesterday 5/24 I received Fedex tracking shpwing it would be delivered 5/26 which I can live with. Now today 5/25 Fedex sends updated tracking showing delivery on 5/29. 10 days after the order was created. They need to hite some warehouse people or something. This is the longest shipping time Ive experienced simce about 2003 and the fact it cant be changed is crazy. Now its probably going to arrive too late and Ill have to call and cancel or refuse delivery.Most likely my last purchase from Gander/Camping.com.o very much hesitate to recommend thrm.

I have to give five star review because of Breanna Watt customer service. I ordered a skylight which is hard to come by right now probably due to the camp season just beginning. I wasnt the kindest customer because of my stress level of having an open hole in our new RV outside is literally through the roof. Im hoping the part will arrive in time. It may not, but I have to say she certainly did everything in her power to help. Its not a perfect world and people are not perfect. But those who do their hardest to help is all anyone can ask for. This property offers all the fun of camping without leaving any household amenities behind. The park has its own general store and offers complimentary coffee each morning. Sites are exceptionally large although there is a limit of six campers per site. The park hosts several seasonal events, including horseshoe tournaments, county fairs and ice cream socials. The park has an outdoor movie theater, a swimming pool, R/C tracks and a soft serve ice cream shop. This is easily one of the most entertaining RV parks near Kingston.

The folks who work here are friendly, dedicated and helpful. You will literally see the same people who checked you in the prior evening there early the next morning. Campsites have a good fire pit with a grate. However, the grate is high, so you need to build a pretty high fire. Kiln-dried firewood is available for purchase and while a little marked up is easy to light and for the convenience is not unaffordable. We just purchased a 2019 Wolfepup last week. They were suppose to clean it inside and out. They didnt. They were suppose to make sure the battery was charged & propane was full. They didnt. They actually left the grey water 2/3 full. The cushion for the top bunk bed is too big. Theres dust & dirt in the cabinets. Staples showing. Dirt on the window sills. Windows are dirty & the left tire is low. We just went into debt for $40,000 for crap.Im very disappointed & would actually like to return it, & get our down payment back. Bought 2 LARGE 5th wheel, toy haulers from CW. 2nd one had a bedroom slide leak. Made appt, took in Dec 22. Finally finished March 8. After return home , found transfer switch to inverter was totally disconnected and all wires were covered in electrical tape. . Photos sent to CW, contacted Service rep and Service Mgr. Told someone would come to our home and fix. Not only did that not happen, but after saying they would reimburse, they have done nothing. It is now MAY 20. I cannot believe how they treat their customers. Spoke to Billy Bentley, John Gordy, Nick Justice, and tried to speak to Joseph Hoey , but he never called back and was never there. I am not asking for a large reimbursement or anything that is not reasonable. We are talking about less than $200.
