2021 Heartland Pioneer BH322 | Travel Trailer – RV Review: Camping World

We went to look at class c and class A. Rv. We have a 2020 class c and realized we want to upgrade. We wanted to test drive a class A. However was told was not able to until a sales agreement was written. The Class A we were interested in battery was dead was unable to demonstrate the operation of the slides. Had to beg him to unlock the compartments to look at storage. Paul was our salesperson. He showed little interest This is the second time we tried to get knowledgeable help.We will go back to camping world in Richmond IN. We had money in our pockets and was told we have to make an appointment to come back.

Camping World Announces First Electric World Location

The facility will support the companys plan to create electric RVs by the summer.

Image Caption:

Camping World Holdings Inc. last week announced it is establishing an all-electric facility in Draper, Utah it is calling Electric World.

The facility is a direct response to announcements Camping World made in December 2020 that it is working with Lordstown Motors to create electric RVs by summer 2021. The Utah facility will ensure national service coverage for Lordstown vehicles.

Lordstown Motors stated in January that the company is continuing to evaluate service centers in partnership with Camping World. The company has slated its electric RV prototypes for a summer unveiling. Lordstown stated those plans remain on track as of Jan. 28, with June as the units target debut date.

Camping Worlds Investor Conference, scheduled September 15 in Salt Lake City, will provide participants the ability to see an off-site preview and presentation of the Electric World facility.

Starting May 1, Camping Worlds investor conference agenda and scheduling can be viewed here.

Worst Company Out There Period

Worst company out there. Bought 5th wheel and went to schedule warranty work 5 months in advance and after dropping off my unit I was lied to, treated horribly by the service manager, 5 mos later the work has never started. Picked up my trailer and will never go back for anything. I recommend not to buy or have service done by Camping World.

After two days I called to inquire about receiving payment. Throughout the week I was dismissed in each of four phone calls, with the excuse that “corporate” had not responded to his request. Finally after a week of not hearing from them, I checked the Camping World website and saw that they had POSTED MY RV FOR SALE on the website before paying me. I had to call and demand my payment. After referring to the delay of “corporate” in previous phone calls, wonder of wonders, good ol’ Con man Pat was magically able to arrange that my check be cut that very day. Also, at the time of the contract, he had promised to collect any items I had accidentally left in my RV and save them for me to pick up. This had not been done for me. When I came to Camping World to get my check, Pat instead asked “What do you want from the RV?” as if it were my job to list each item. I’m wondering if they broke the law by putting the RV up for sale before I received payment. At the very least, their business practice at Camping World is disgraceful and morally lacking. Needless to say, I would never recommend anyone do business with this company. More

My Experience With Camping World Was

My experience with Camping World was excellent. I purchased online items. A Honda 2200i generator and later that week I ordered a Camco safety heater. Both items shipped out within less than 5 days. Arrived a few days later with nice order confirmation of order via email as well as a follow up email that the item shipped with Fedex tracking number which was helpful so I could be home for delivery. We Purchased A East To West Alta End Of

We purchased a East to West Alta end of August. I gave a really good review but recently I have to retract some of what I said. We have taken our trailer out twice since we got it. After the first trip, we spoke with the service department about some issues that we had and he told us to write everything down and bring it in when we winterize it. So we did just that. We had 11 issues . About half of them have been declined under the warranty. I am beside myself with this. First, why even purchased the extended warranty? Second, you go and spend almost 50,000 on a trailer to have these items denied and only two months in after one trip. I am so disappointed and wouldnt recommend forest River to anyone. Camping world salesman was really good, service department could be better. Call and leave a message that states the shower slide isnt under warranty and not sure why it wasnt but give forest River a call, unacceptable. The service rep should have known why it wasnt under the warranty and think he just didnt want to do his job. So disappointed, never again

Poor Customer Service And Complete Lack Of Creativity

2021 Keystone Cougar 24RDS | 5th Wheel – RV Review: Camping World

I concur with all the previous reports that this retailer is is as afar from customer friendly as you can get. There is zero communication from location to location so please never try and start with one location and move to the other. I have been trying to get repair work done for over 6 mos. If I don’t call up there and check status then apparently nothing happens. This last call I had was that they wanted a deposit before they would order parts. They have been sitting on the request for almost 3 weeks. Here’s the kicker it i all being paid for by insurance but they still couldn’t figure out a way to get parts on order. I could go on but it’s truly a waste of more time. Don’t buy here if at all possible.

Absolutely a terrible service! Bought a new 5th wheel last yearWithin 6 months found numerous small issues including window shades fell off on one window Took 4 weeks to get appointment. After brought in it took them 3 weeks to address problem. At that timeThey said it would take 6 weeks to get parts. We wanted to use RV in meantime so we picked it up.Went to use it and opened the slides and found that brackets for shade were left on floor. Punching holes in floor. They said they would fix. Parts came in and dropped of RV on Nov 9th, said it will be fixed right away. Its now Dec 1st and there telling us were number 3 in line to fix! 7 months and still not fixed and worse condition when brought in

I Found The Camper I Researched Online

I found the camper I researched online. Camping World in Tulsa asked for a $500 deposit to hold. We went down after about 3 days to look at it. We decided to buy, but our $500 deposit to hold it was not applied to the purchase and I asked to have it refunded and got NO RESPONSE. I WOULDNT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST AND SLICK!
