Yes, our basic protection plan is always included in all our RV rentals. All our campervans are insured and drivable in the US, Canada and in the following 32 European countries: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland. Our vehicles can only circulate in these countries.
We have two protection plans you may purchase to rent a RV. The Basic protection plan is included as default in every booking. This includes 24/7 roadside assistance and coverage for the damages caused to third parties. This plan includes one driver total, to add any additional drivers you will need to upgrade to our premium protection plan. With our basic protection plan and our premium protection plan, a deposit will be required at the time of pick-up. You may also choose and pay for our Premium plan for additional protection, exclusively available for drivers above 25 years old. Our premium protection plan allows for up to three additional drivers to be added to the booking.

AIR CONDITIONING:
RV air conditioning is not designed for use over extended periods of time. They can ice up if left on for too long, especially if set too cold or if doors and windows are left open. Turn the A/C off if you plan to be out of the unit for any length of time.
If icing occurs, you will notice very little airflow from the vents and a lack of cooling. Should this happen, turn off the A/C for 2-3 hours minimum for it to thaw out. If you need assistance with the unit please contact the campground office immediately.
AWNINGS:
We strongly suggest that the awnings are not used. The use of awnings is the sole responsibility of the renter. Should you not wish to be responsible, please leave the awnings retracted in the upright position. If you so choose to use the awning, a $2,000 pre-authorization will be taken from credit card at the time of check-in.

How Does The Pick
Our standard check-in times are between 2:30pm and 6:30pm. You will pick up your camper rental at an Indie Campers Pick-Up Center, and you will get a short introduction of the van and sign the contract. We provide the fuel tank ¼ full and with the extras you might have selected during the check-in process.

Special 1st Season Discount
We do offer a few select campsites in our campground to our first-season campers at the introductory price of $1500 for the season. But dont delay, because at that rate, they do disappear quickly. Youll find that our regular rate of about $2300 for 6 months is the lowest in the area, especially since we offer full hookups on all campsites. Our main camping season starts on May 1 and runs through October 31, although your RV can be left on-site for 12 months of the year. We shut off the water in the winter months, but the campground remains open for daytime sleigh rides and walks in the woods. Call today at 875-4961 to reserve your campsite.
RV campgrounds can be chaotic, noisy places however, Rayewood is not. Were conveniently located close to Highpoint State Park, Mountain Creek Waterpark and Vernon Valley Ski Area.
