We had to replace our air conditioner in a brand new Dutchman Ultralite. We purchased the RV in Myrtle Beach, but we were closer to Jacksonville. Myrtle Beach had me call them. Josh came a Dutchman Ultralite. We purchased the RV in Myrtle Beach, but we were closer to Jacksonville. Myrtle Beach had me call them. Josh came and tested the air conditioner. He submitted to warranty for a replacement. Josh came to us in his mobile truck, which was so much easier than driving the RV to service. His personality and workmanship are spot on. He is friendly, quick, and answered all my questions clearly and without a hurry. Josh brought another service tech, Zane, and he was friendly and helpful as well. I also worked with Wendy and Amanda from the service department. Both are extremely helpful. I hope if or when we need service again, we are near Jacksonville and can request Josh and Zane. More
Bureau Of Land Management
The Bureau of Land Management is a government agency that manages land primarily in the western United States, and generally in open, desert landscapes. The BLM manages land for a number of uses, including recreation, grazing, logging, and resource extraction. Free camping on BLM is usually capped at 30 days, but can be shorter or longer depending on the location.
BLM land is suitable for RVs, vans, and sometimes for tent campers. Because of the variety of uses on BLM land, you may wake up with a herd of cattle or a band of sheep in your campsite, so it pays to do a bit of research ahead of time to know what you might find.

Where Can I Wash An Rv
One of the answers to this question is do it at your home if you have the room. All you have to do is hook up your garden hose, get some soapy water in a bucket and go to work. Just do not use dish washing or other harsh soaps when you do.
Another good spot to wash your RV yourself is to drive to the nearest truck stop. These businesses usually have large enough facilities to wash big rigs and they can handle your RV with ease.
Another location would be the car self wash service locations. That is if you have the height clearance to fit your RV inside the little bays. One tip to self washing. If you want to do it yourself, then at different times of the year, just use a damp cloth and wipe your RV down.
Keep rinsing the wash cloth as needed. This will save on the dirt you need to get off when you go and wash it later in the season.

What Is Free Camping
Free camping is camping overnight in your RV or tent at a location where you do not have to pay. Most free campsites are not in developed campgrounds. Free camping is sometimes called boondocking, primitive camping, dry camping, and dispersed camping.
Free camping areas appeal to some campers simply because it doesnt cost money, but others may find additional benefits to a free camp site, including the pleasures of camping without amenities, the option to camp farther away from other people than can be found in a campground, and the remote nature of many free campsites.

Other Public Lands In The United States And Canada
While national forests and BLM land are the most common places to find free camping, other types of public lands in the United States and Canada offer up pockets of campsites in different states and regions. State parks, city parks, and county parks sometimes maintain free camping areas. So do entities like water management districts, trust lands, conservation areas. Smaller US federal agencies like the Army Corps of Engineers and the Bureau of Reclamation have a few campsites, too.
Stay limits, access, amenities, permitting requirements, and the types of camping that are allowed at these sites vary greatly. Reading reviews on Campendium, and contacting the agency that manages these free campsites, will help to determine whether they are right for you.

Sleeping Overnight At Camping World
When the company just started out, it used to allow Rvers to park and stay overnight in their parking lots. But since it shifted to being more of a RV dealership they have gradually moved away from that policy.
However, there are some locations that allow rvers to stay overnight in their parking lot. The ones that do still allow it are usually the ones that have no gate or fence surrounding the premises. The ones that do not offer overnight parking have put up fences and gates to prevent rvers from parking overnight.
Does Camping World Wash Rvs
If Camping World offers RV wash services it must be done on a dealership by dealership basis. There is no mention of offering that service on their website. Their Good Sam club does not offer the service and their is no mention of it under their maintenance and repairs section.
Also, Camping World seems to be changing its purpose and focusing more on RV sales than any other service they provide. At least one dealership has stopped overnight RV parking unless the RV owner meets very strict requirements, including purchasing their RV at a Camping World outlet.
Camping world does offer a good RV wash product but it is a DIY product and not something they will do for you. Also, there is no mention of Camping World on the list of RV wash locations we gave you earlier.

Best Cities For Camping
Yes, we know, people travel to Orlando to visit that famous mouse and all of those princesses. But central Florida has so much more to offer than amusement parks! In the late 1960s, Walt Disney chose a swampy patch of farmland to build his parks. Sure, you can camp at Fort Wilderness. But were interested in the wetlands that arent quite so crowded. From the pair of Tohopekaliga lakes near Kissimmee and St. Cloud, to the massive Lake Apopka, there are a million tiny bodies of water in between. Its a paddlers paradise! Cyclists love Florida too, because there isnt a hill in sight just be sure to hydrate well and pack bug spray.
The rolling green hills of Kentucky horse country beckon campers out of the bustle of Louisville and out into home of bluegrass and bourbon. If the campgrounds at the tiny Jefferson Memorial Forest arent your cup of tea, meander east to Taylorsville Lake, or West toward the Hosier National Forest. Either way you cant go wrong. Youre only about an hour and a half north of Mammoth Cave National Park, but if you dont like the drive time, the Louisville Mega Cavern is much closer to home!
