We bought a 16′ Coleman RV. We knew nothing except tent camping. Jim Graham of Camping World in Katy ,Texas was a life-saver. He was patient and not condescending. We are 2 older women, and scared, but he was a God-send. He even called the day after we got it because we went straight to a campground . When he found out we couldn’t get it level, turn hot water on, or even get jacks down, that day, he came out and fixed everything and showed us how to do it. He never made us feel bad . See Buettner v. Arch Coal Sales Co., Inc.,216 F.3d 707, 711, 714-15 . Osborn engaged in protected activity because the comments he made during the investigation opposed sexual harassment in the workplace, which the MHRA prohibits.
7. Osborn claims his dismissal and participation in CW’s internal investigation are related based on the proximity of the two events. Osborn presented no other competent evidence that the two events are connected.
8. The causal link “may be proved circumstantially by showing the discharge followed the protected activity so closely in time as to justify an inference of retaliatory motive.” Buettner,216 F.3d at 715-16. However, generally there must be more than a temporal connection to present a fact issue on retaliation. Kiel v. Select Artificials, Inc.,169 F.3d 1131, 1136 .

15. In this case, CW articulated legitimate, non-discriminatory business reasons for Osborn’s dismissal. In particular, Farris lacked confidence in Osborn’s ability to follow management direction and abide by company policies. This lack of confidence came from the determination that proper procedures had not been followed in the handling of certain sales and financing transactions. Overall, Osborn was not satisfactorily performing his duties and was resistant to following instructions. Osborn had also continued to use inappropriate language. This was hardly the type of conduct expected from a new employee.
Because the Court finds Osborn did not prove his case, the Court does not reach the issues related to damages.

Avondale Az Camping World
I purchased a Thor motorcoach in January 2013 from Avondale CW.A new unit which had so many problems I had to return it for repairs 4 different times, one of which was for 8 days. Over this three month period I was assured that everything would be corrected. We are leaving AZ next week and the problems have not been corrected. There was to be another date to fix the remaining troubles and the parts for that repair were to arrive on April 2. Today is the 13th and the parts have not arrived and no date has been offered for the repairs to be made. Several of the needed repairs have been worked on before, water leaks, door adjustments, cabinet doors, window shades, etc, and are still waiting to be repaired. I now have to travel accross the country to get home and then find another facility to finish these repairs. The service is obviously not competant nor is there a desire by this business to do what is right. I have left messages and received no return calls on several occasions. This business is no place to go to have anything done. I’ve been three months trying and haven’t been given a reason for such delay. My hope is that we can get home without having to stop for repairs.
