For the past 16 years, our Annual Mill-Luck Salmon Celebration has been a celebration of Oregon Coastal Tribes and Coquille Tribal Culture. Past events have included canoe races, crafts and demonstrations, a traditional salmon bake meal and Native American dancing and drumming. Your Rv & Other Vehicles:
RVs cannot exceed 10 years old. RVs must be in good working order and fully functioning. No leaking RVs or tarps will be allowed. Two street legal vehicles are permitted per site. Repairing and maintaining vehicles is prohibited in the park. All vehicles must be parked within your site only, off the blacktop and not over the grass. If you are found hanging over or parked in the driving paths you will be towed at the owners expense.

We are not actively seeking Wal-Marts, truckstops or other parking lots and will not be adding very many of these. There are enough Wal-Mart and truck stop directories out there already. However, if a member of the community finds one of these locations to be useful for overnight RV parking and creates an entry, we may approve the listing.

PAYMENT
All nightly and weekly reservations require a deposit of two nights or half of your stay, whichever is greater. Monthly reservations require a deposit of $500. Any balances are due upon arrival. Personal checks are not accepted at check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Nightly/Weekly Stays: No refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than seven days prior to your arrival date.
Monthly Stays: No refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.

This was my third time staying at this KOA and I have absolutely enjoyed each stay. The grove of trees at the campground are outstandng.
Deluxe cabins nice.Just wish they would wave the 2 night minimum in the winter. Would stay a lot more. One night of money is better than no money. Especially during the week there’s nobody staying in them.wish they would deliver wood to cabins.

Though It was for only one night, it was a very well maintained park, quiet, and convenient to get dinner etc. Happy Holidays

Its our first time. The restrooms are nice and clean. We feel the campsites are on top of each other. We just arent used to that.
I come down once to twice a year and it’s always clean and comfortable a great location

I seem to always hae issues at KOA campgrounds finding a level spot. , otherwise, stay was fine.
It was just overnight but a few more signs as to get there from the exit off 1-5 would help. looked very nice.

it was a short overnight stay nice clean park I didn’t explore it too much as it was pouring but did notice the picnic table in my site was rotten and top board came off when I tried to move it

“This park is on a noisy street with loud traffic. Additionally, there is airplane noise from planes taking off and landing from a very nearby airport. I made a reservation for 6 nights. Upon checkin I requested a quieter site or to shorten our stay. I was denied both requests. My husband and I are fulltime RV’rs and this is the first time we have ever been denied an early departure. I would expect management to understand if the park is not a good fit for us and honor a refund for a shorter visit. Please beware of the traffic and airplane noise as part of the bundle with the beautiful Bay.”

Your Rv & Other Vehicles
Your RV must be fully self-contained and 10 years old or newer. Vehicle and RV Repair are not permitted in the park. All Vehicles must be in good operating condition, no oil leaks, no flat tires, and vehicles must be current on tags. If it is not in operating condition management will ask you to remove the vehicle or towed at owners expense. No Vehicle or tent camping is allowed. Oversized Vehicles such as work trucks, are not permitted. All vehicles must be parked within your site only, off the roadway and not over the grass. Two street legal vehicles not including your RV will be allowed per site if space allows. Boat storage onsite is allowed at $50 extra, only if your space allows for RV, Boat and Vehicle all together.
North Split Hike Coos Bay
The North Split Hike is a four mile trail across the dunes, then along the beach. The trail is open to ATVs and four-wheel drive vehicles except during Snowy Plover season . The wreck of the New Carissa was a major attraction to the area, but it was removed in 2008. But even without the attraction of the wreck, the hike or drive reveals the beauty of the Oregon Dunes and the ocean.
To get there, turn west off of Route 101 at the Horsfall Dunes and Beach road sign at Jordan Cove Road. After crossing the train tracks, veer left on the Trans Pacific Lane. Continue about 4 miles to the parking area on the right.
The North Split Hike is just north of Coos Bay.
