I hinted at the amazing power of the sun when I mentioned how hot it can get. Make no mistake, the heat is not to be taken lightly, but the sun’s other effects are often doubly overlooked. First, you want to see all the beautiful sights that nature has to offer, right? Bring sunglasses. Otherwise, too much of a good thing is definitely a bad thing . Second, bring sunscreen. Vitamin D is good for you and will make you happy. However, sunburn can be nasty and will make you feel nasty as well.

Gander Mountain Store In St Augustine To Reopen As Gander Outdoors
The shuttered Gander Mountain store near the St. Augustine Outlets is slated to reopen in the summer as Gander Outdoors.
The news was announced earlier this month via a release from BusinessWire.
Gander Mountain was acquired in 2017 by Camping World Holdings, and many of the stores were closed while others remained open.
While the St. Augustine store was closed, Marcus Lemonis, chairman of Camping World Holdings, said in a release that the newly rebranded store would open some time between late May and late June.
It was important to me to bring the Gander Outdoors back to the wonderful community of St. Augustine because the employees were top notch and the store was a great performer serving the outdoor enthusiast community, Lemonis said in the release. In addition to the St. Augustine location, we are currently pursuing other locations for reopening and expansion and expect to announce additional locations and markets in the coming weeks.
Indeed, there were dozens of similar releases put out on BusinessWire announcing the reopening of Gander stores around the country.
The new St. Augustine store is located at 550 Prime Outlets Blvd. and has about 65,000 square feet of retail space. The plan is to employ up to 70 workers. Applicants can go to ganderoutdoors.com for information.
Gander Outdoors will be very familiar to Gander Mountain customers as it will serve the hunting, camping, fishing, shooting and active sports markets.

Next, on February 27th, we contacted Glenn Blake at Gander in St. Augustine and explained the issues. In addition, I reminded Glenn that their manager promised to fix an issue with the tailpipe. He told me to get it addressed and gave me his e-mail address. He told me to send him the invoice from our repair shop.After the work was done I sent the invoice. The repairs included five new tires due to the dry rot and totaled $5,000. Now they refuse to pay for the repairs. Instead, they sent me a tailpipe with a letter.
We received the agreement. Due to our shock, after reading it we asked several different managers repeatedly if anyone had read this agreement? The responses were the same, this is what needs to be signed before we pay you.
