resort atmosphere this isnt it, although it is neat and clean. Its difficult to know where to park because sites are not marked off very well and no pull thrus. All hookups are at the back end of the rig which is nice in a way because you dont have someone elses sewer business right in your site however you will need at least 3 sewer hoses and a long electric cord. Hope Island State Park
Campers planning a visit to Olympia who also travel by boat can reserve sites at 106-acre Hope Island State Park , located 18 miles north of the city. Four tent sites are available to motor boaters and an additional site is accessible by canoe or kayak. Campfires are not permitted at the park, and potable water is not provided to campers. Reservations are also not accepted at the park for camp sites. Once a site is set up, campers have access to 1.5 miles of beachfront shoreline and two miles of hiking trails. Picnic tables are also available for day-use visitors.

Just hours away from the ocean, major cities, and the mountains, WA Land Yacht Harbor RV Park & Event Center is centrally located on the South Puget Sound. This Olympia campsite offers storage for campers who want a secure place to leave their belongings. Campers also have access to a fenced-in dog park.
Brown Creek Campground Wa
Brown Creek Campground is located along the shore of the South Fork Skokomish River at the confluence with Brown Creek. Evergreen conifers and hardwoods provide lots of shade at this campground. There are 20 campsites in Brown Creek Campground: twelve will accommodate trailers and RVs and eight of the sites are suitable for tents. There is one ADA accessible campsite. Six sites at Brown Creek Campground along forest Road 2430 are open year-round. There is also an accessible vault toilet also open year-round nearby at Brown Creek Trailhead.
The family friendly Brown Creek Nature Loop Trail #877 can be accessed from within the campground. There are accessible vault toilets and potable water within the main campground during the season.

Olympia, Washington’s state capital, is located at the southern end of Puget Sound, about 60 miles south of Seattle. Several inlets and islands dot the Sound near Olympia and provide travelers with scenic views. The city of Olympia manages more than 900 acres of parkland for day use, with several picnic areas, playgrounds and trails available to residents and visitors. Tent campgrounds are available within a 30-mile radius of Olympia’s downtown core in a variety of natural settings.
Seal Rock Campground Wa
This popular campground with its beautiful views of Hood Canal and the mountains to the southeast is located directly on Hood Canal. Seal Rock Campground is one of the few national forest campgrounds located on salt water with harvestable oysters for public use.
41 tent/RV sites are spaced among the trees with several along the waterfront. There are 3 paved accessible units and facilities that accommodate wheelchairs. The lengths of sites vary, with those along Hood Canal capable of handling the larger motorhomes and trailers. There are no hookups.
