Hey Where Are You Guys

With Erik Jones and Bubba Wallace scoring upset victories over the first two weeks of the Cup playoffs, blocking playoff teams from victory lanes at Darlington and Kansas, its worth noting that several other drivers are possible first-time winners this season with eight races remaining.
Six drivers who won races two of them multiple races in 2021 have big zeroes in their columns this year.
, who barely missed making the playoffs, won four times last year but is winless this season. Ryan Blaney, in the playoffs on points, won three times last year. Weekend Preview: Bristol Motor Speedway
This is it.
This is the last chance for NASCAR Cup Series drivers to stake a claim for one of the 11 available spots in the playoffs Round of 12.
Non-playoff drivers Erik Jones and Bubba Wallace won the postseason opener at Darlington and the Round of 16 race at Kansas, respectively. As a result, only one driver has clinched a berth in the Round of 12 entering Saturdays Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway .
The one driver who wont have to worry about falling below the cut line is Christopher Bell, who finished fifth at Darlington and clinched a Round of 12 spot with a third-place run at Kansas.
The other 15 drivers no matter how large a margin above the cut line they might enjoy will come to the .533-mile with varying degrees of anxiety.
Thats no idle assertion. Thanks to early accidents, playoff drivers have finished last at both Darlington and Kansas . In the latter race, in fact, playoff drivers occupied the bottom two positions, with pole winner Tyler Reddick the second retiree behind Harvick.
For Harvick, at least, theres clarity. Last in the standings and 35 points behind Reddick and Austin Cindric in 11th place, Harvick realistically must win on Saturday night to advance.
That history gives Harvick a valuable arrow in his quiver.
Experience, said Harvick, who has three career wins at Thunder Valley. I think experience goes a long way as you go down this road.
Busch also won on dirt at the Worlds Fastest Half Mile in April.
Campers Arrive At Bristol Motor Speedway
BRISTOL, Tenn. Campers started arriving for the Bristol Motor Speedway Bass Pro Shops Night Race Monday.
Larry and Barbara Dull are a married couple who have been coming to the night race for 31 years. They come all the way from Spring Arbor, Michigan.
We come for the racing excitement, Larry Dull said. Racing itself, I mean its competitive.
The Dulls always come a week early for the race and meet up with friends from different states.
Its exciting and where we sit, we can see the whole racetrack, so we dont have to turn our head back and forth, added his wife Barbara.
Bristol Motor Speedway is a short track at a little over half a mile, which is why the Dulls like this race so much.
The Michigan track, Barbara said. We go there, but the track is too big.
With larger tracks, the Dulls said there just isnt much action.
Its a two-mile track and the racing is not as much as competitive as it is here, Larry said about the Michigan International Speedway.
Weve been to other ones, but once we got here, we stayed here, Barbara said. We started out going to a different one every year. And when we hit Bristol we decided were gonna stay here.
This might be The Dulls last year coming to the night race because of age and the far drive, but theyre not completely sure yet.

What People Are Saying About Farmer Bobs Campground
I have been staying at Farmer Bobs in April and August for the last six years. I have no desire to stay anywhere else. Their freedom to allow you to bring golf carts and UTVs and also build campfires freely if something that fewer and fewer camping locations are letting you do. The campsites are very spacious and actually just got bigger this year! The pricing for a mostly flat-water hookup site is very fair for a week Stay. I would highly recommend Farmer Bobs! Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Come on, this is Las Vegas, party capital of the world. How could I not include Las Vegas Motor Speedway on this list?Admittedly, tailgating and camping are a bit more of a challenge at LVMS than most other tracks on the circuit. First off, the ground in parking lots and surrounding area is, for the most part, desert-like.Then, you can be fast asleep in your pitched tent in the middle of the night when you’re suddenly woken up by a jet fighter taking off at top speed from Nellis Air Force Base, directly across the street. On the other hand, if you’re in the parking lot partying before or after a race, while you’ve paid for your race ticket, you oftentimes get a free airshow thrown in as a bonus.
