We are going up north near lake superior for approx. 7 nights this summer and I would really like to not have to book months in advance to be able to get a decent electrical site just because I have to use a CPAP machine at night. I’d go without the machine, but then I would keep everyone else around us awake all night. 🙁

No personal experience. Just googled “recharging cpap power pack”. Lots of online websites and brochures with CPAP users camping, fishing and hunting. It seems to me you could consider the following:
1. Buy enough portable power packs to cover all the whole time you are camping.
2. Buy a generator to recharge the power pack as needed
3. Run your vehicle to recharge your power pack via the cigarette lighter outlet as needed
4. Use a solar charger to recharge as needed.
5. Get a really long extension cord.
There are many other products.
