DeniseRude staff! Terrible placeAndrea GClose to everything. Clean and tidy. We stayed in a tent for three nights. The site is very woodsy but not too private. The place is close to everything. The heated pool was enjoyable. They even have a baby pool. The bathrooms we snug but cleaned daily and well stocked with toilet paper. We will be back.
SimonCould have been a lot betterCampsite is relatively close to town, 5 min. drive, pool area is pretty, decent space between camp sites. However, the facilities were not clean, we stayed for a week and if they were cleaned once in that timeframe that may have been it. There was a large beetle in the sink, he was there for 6 days, showers were not cleaned, floor was filthy dirty. The last night of our stay the campsite really filled up. This ended in toilets blocked and overflowing faeces in the mens restroom. Overflowing sanitary boxes in the women’s restrooms. No enforcement of quiet time of 10pm.

Driveways around campground can be a little challenging to navigate but we had no issues with a 40 ft 5th wheel. Not as fancy as some but way nicer than others. Owners were fantastic to deal with. Camping Cabins At Lake George Camping Village
Our rustic Lake George cabins are very comfortable and a great alternative to tent camping. They provide protection from the elements .
Our small camping cabins are for couples or small families . Our large camping cabins are suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children or large families .
Each rustic camping cabin has:
- One full size bed, with mattress
- Two bunk beds, with 27 mattresses
- Air-conditioning and heat
- Outside water spigot and electric outlets
- Picnic table and a fire ring at each site
- Pedestal charcoal BBQ grill
- Large cabins also include a futon sofa and a small dinging table with chairs
Please bring your own bedding . Our camping cabins are rustic and do not have kitchens or bathrooms.
Sorry, there are no pets or smoking permitted in our camping cabins.
- Check-in time for cabin rentals: After 2 pm.
- Check-out time for cabin rentals: by 11:00 am.
- Maximum of 4 persons per standard cabin rental .

Tent Campsites At Lake George Camping Village
Lake George Camping Village offers several types of campsites for single tent accommodations. The rustic no-hook-up tent sites have no water or electric access except for a communal water spigot nearby for potable water. Our water/electric tent sites have both an individual water faucet and 20/30 amp electric outlets for your convenience. Select sites include cable hook-ups as well. We also offer a lean-to tent site, if you would like some shelter from inclement weather.
Our restrooms are located close to our tent sites for your convenience. We offer toilets, hot showers, and coin laundry in each of the three restroom buildings.
If you would like to tent camp but do not have the proper gear to do so, try one of our camping cabins! A sleeping bag, linens/blankets, and pillows are the only supplies necessary. Enjoy more of the comforts of home with little set-up necessary.

Hearthstone Point Campground & Day Use Area Lake George
Located near Lake George Village, this campground is one of the more picturesque spots by the lake. A great spot for families or even a romantic getaway, the property has 250 camping spots with a toilet area, sand beach, showers, and picnic tables available on site.
Guests can launch their boats from the designated area and take a cruise on the waters or bring your tackle box and do some fishing. There are also plenty of hiking trails and paths nearby offering some amazing views of the lake and its surroundings. The camping ground is open from summer to early autumn.

There are two heated swimming pools behind the main office with beautiful views of the Adirondack Mountains.
The campground buildings throughout the campground are all constructed in the same rustic Adirondack theme.

Our campsite was Site # 129 a back-in site.
We loved the wooded sites.
As we walked through the campground, we noticed that some sites are larger than others and some have more distance between camping neighbors.
We found our site to be narrow and long.
We didnt have a lot of room to spread out because of a large drop off on the site.
In order to have room on this side of the trailer, we backed the trailer as close as possible to the sewer connection.
We felt it was too close to our other neighbor but if we hadnt, we would have been walking down the steps to a drop off.
Another thing you should be aware of is that as you can see, our RV site was mostly sand.
We normally spread out our favorite camping chairs out on our site.
Because of the sand, I wanted to be as close to the RV mat as possible.
The sand didnt bother our camping experience but you should just be prepared for it.
We made sure to clean the inside of the trailer well before moving on to the next campground.
It took quite a bit longer than we expected.
Rogers Rock Campground Hague
Rogers Rock Campground is located on the northern end of Lake George and is an ideal spot for groups of friends or families who are looking to do a little boating on the lake.
Hanging out by the lake is only the tip of the iceberg of things to do here as there are hiking paths, biking paths, and even historic landmarks that are nearby. Summer is the ideal time of year to come to Rogers Rock Campground. A variety of fish in the lake makes it a great spot for fishing enthusiasts, with all types of boats being allowed on the lake.

There are many campgrounds to choose from in the Lake George area.
We found Adirondack Camping Village to be a great choice for an RV campground.
We liked that the campground was only three miles from Lake George Village and near many activities in the area that we planned to do.
We liked the campground had full-hookup RV sites, with free Wifi and Cable.
While we may have wished the site had been wider and there was more gravel at the site, as campers it didnt bother us.
Everyone at the office was friendly and made you feel welcomed.
The campground is well-maintained and has all the amenities families and RVers will enjoy!
We enjoyed our stay at Adirondack Camping Village and would recommend it to anyone who loves camping and wanting to vacation in Lake George, NY.
