I would recommend Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville and Grand Isle State Park in Grand Isle if you want to be near the water.

Fontainebleau is situated on the shore of Lake Pontchartrain and Grand Isle the Gulf of Mexico. Maybe someone else can help with parks outside of these areas.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in my RV and loved it. The owners and people that work there are very nice. There is a boat launch, a gas station, the store has fountain drinks, snacks, fishing stuff, they can cook you food, etc. There are mobile homes you can rent out and they have pool room and tournaments every Friday night. It is very peaceful and quiet. Only complaint I have is being parked in the grass, kept getting ate up by ants. They are also pet friendly. The RV spots are spaced out and shaded from the trees. I would definitely stay here again.
